Advice and oversight of program admission, transfer and graduation approvals.

Students are encouraged to discuss their degree plan at any time with a College academic advisor. Appointments can be made through the College’s Student Appointments page.

Students are unable to enrol in additional courses beyond the requirements of their program (144 units for a 3 year Bachelor program or 96 units for the Science component of a Flexible Double Degree).

Students can adjust their nominated Majors/Minors/Specialisations at any time during their study provided they still have room within their program to complete the requirements of their new preference.

Academic judgment may need to be applied for:

  • Admission statements requiring prerequisite knowledge
  • Application of credit through degree transfers
  • Program variation approvals for graduation and degree completion
